Do not exceed 14 hours (Classic/Cosmo) or 10 hours (Express) before bathing.
Avoid sweating, water and exercise during that time.
Bathe with warm water, without rubbing hard.
Moisturize your skin every day to prolong your tan.
Avoid exfoliating or using products with alcohol.
